UNICDA – Curricula and levels of English

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
Bachelor’s degree in the Administration of Tourist Enterprises and Hotels
Computer Science
Associate’s degree, in bilingual executive secretarial skills
Bachelor’s degree in Education and English
Bachelor’s degree in Education and Primary School
Bachelor’s degree in Education and the Arts
Bachelor’s degree in Education and Kindergarten
Postgraduate program in administration and supervision of TESOL programs

Associate’s degree

Those who graduate as an Associate in Education will be able to work as a teacher or as a teacher’s aide in the different levels of education: kindergarten, elementary school, specialized in art education, in bilingual education, or as English teachers, as well as at schools and centers of non-formal education for the liberal arts.

Those who obtain their Associate’s degree in the business area – In Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, and the Administration of Tourist Enterprises and Hotels – will be able to find jobs right away, as assistants to professionals, and as part of the team in their respective fields.

The Study Plan makes up a sequence that comprises:

  • Subjects from the humanities and social studies
  • Subjects for basic professional formation
  • Subjects proper to the career as an Associate in the respective fields: Education or
    Business
    (Please see the brochures at the level of the corresponding bachelor’s degree.

The graduate who holds an Associate’s degree in Education will be able to work as a teacher or a teacher’s aide, at the levels of pre-school, primary school, specialized in art education, bilingual education, or the teaching of English as a language, as well as in schools and liberal arts centers of non-formal education.

The graduate who holds an associate’s degree in one of the fields of business – for example, Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or the Administration of Tourist Enterprises and Hotels – will be able to find a job right away, as an assistant to a professional and as part of teams of workers, in their respective fields.
