Head of the Business School

Mr. Harriague is an economist. He graduated from the Universidad Católica de Argentina, and has worked for the United Nations Program for Development (PNUD). He has also been a professor and coordinator at INTEC University. He is a graduate of the MBA program at Harvard University (1991).

Soraya Arbaje
Head of Continued Education and of the Management Center

Before being head of the Continued Education unit at UNICDA, she had a long career in the field of education in the domain of business, having carried out the functions of Manager of the School for Training for Port employees when it first began, the Training Manager of the Banco de la Mujer, or Asociación Dominicana para el Desarrollo de la Mujer (ADOPEMI – Dominican Association for the Development of Women). She worked as an assistant coordinator in the Project to Modernize the Department of State. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in psychology at the UASD, and later did postgraduate studies in Madrid, Spain.

Evelyn Lugo, M.A.
Coordinator for Education and the Postgraduate Education Programs

Ms. Lugo has been an outstanding worker in non-governmental organizations that have to do with the advancement of women. She studied education, and has a master’s degree in translation from the University of Puerto Rico.

Ninoska Espinosa
Responsible for Admissions and Orientation

Ms. Espinosa obtained a degree as a school psychologist at the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña, where she also worked in the Office of the Registrar, giving the admissions examinations for said University.
