UNICDA – Curriculum and levels of English

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

Business administrators must plan, analyze, coordinate, and control all the resources, physical, financial, and human, that the productive systems count on to reach the objectives determined by the enterprise, developing toward that end abilities of leadership and administration, such as financial management, the administration of operations, and the administration of human resources. More than technical formation, this career trains the student to understand the systems of managerial information, as an instrument that is essential in all administrative management in the making of decisions. The career of a Bachelor in Business Administration prepares professionals for the management of enterprises of all types: industrial, farming and livestock, or services.

The curriculum is made up of an integrated series of subjects comprising three groups of subjects:

  • The humanities and the social sciences.
  • Subjects of basic professional formation.
  • Subjects belonging to the careers of Business Administration, in the business area, marketing, production, personnel administration, and finance.

The graduate who has majored in business administration can work in private industry or in the public sector as:

Director – Director General – Sales Manager, or Marketing Manager – Manager of Operations –
Head of a department – Supervisor – Controller – Analyst – Personnel Administrator – Financial Director or Analyst – Production Supervisor – Business Advisor
