Message from the Preschool Coordinator
Welcome to our web site! At the ICDA preschool, we are very intentional about taking our time: to work, to read, to think, to write, and even to play. Our teachers gather every morning- to reflect on the day ahead, to share news and to share a laugh. Our students are led in daily hand on activities in their classes, and grace before lunch.
We emphasize the "balance" needed in life between cognitive pursuits and developmental growth. This is the most significant area of our institution life that makes us a different setting in which children can learn. As a close-knit Preschool community in which all teachers and staff get to know our students, our high academic and behavior expectations, and our interest in a child's growth as a person and a scholar, the dimension of preschool life makes ours a unique place for your child's education.
