The Human Resources Division of the Instituto
Cultural Domínico-Americano is the division that is
in charge of the process of recruiting, selecting hiring,
training, and compensating the extraordinary human beings
who make up the ICDA family.
Guided by the vision of attracting and keeping the
human resources capable of contributing something toward reaching
our Vision as an organization, the Human Resources Department
provides the before-mentioned services to obtain a diverse
and intelligent work force.
It is divided into three areas, which are Recruitment, Selection
and Training, and Compensation and the Human Resources Direction.
The department in charge of hiring new employees
for the ICDA is directed by Mrs. Miriam Sosa de Pellerano,
Dominican, a psychologist with postgraduate studies in her
related field, and who has been with the Institution for more
than four years. She is married and has two sons of school
age. She is also developing a program of Efficient Parents.
