Office of the Coordinator of Institutional Planning

Description

It is the duty of the Office of the Coordinator of Institutional Planning to offer support to the Administration in the processes of strategic and operational planning, and assist all the units in the elaboration of their yearly planning. It is a dependency of the General Academic Direction.

Functions

1- To offer support to the Administration in elaborating the Strategic and Operational Plans.
2- To apply the Follow-Up, Control, and Evaluation Systems.
3- To support Project Elaboration.
4- To coordinate the design and execution of applied research.
5- To offer support to the operational units in carrying out the operational plans.
