Lic.
Juan de la Rosa, entered the Instituto Cultural Domínico-Americano
on July 1st, 1991. He is a certified pubic accountant, and a graduate of
the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, from where he graduated
with honors.
He has participated in numerous training congresses and seminars in the Dominican Republic and abroad, and has come to stand out in the field of finances, taxes, and auditing in several national and foreign companies of accountants and consultants, as well as in several private enterprises.
He is married to Mrs. Altagracia Vásquez, from Santiago de los Caballeros, the mother of his three sons, Juan Carlos, Rafael Eduardo, and Juan Rafael.
He is currently a member of the committee for ethics and professional qualification of the Instituto de Contadores Públicos Autorizados (Institute of Certified Public Accountants) de la República Dominicana (of the Dominican Republic), of which he is a member.
He also belongs to the EDP Auditors Association of Carol Stream, Illinois, in the U.S.A., and has participated as an organizer in club-related organizations and neighbors’ committees in that country.
He has been a member, and member of the Board of Directors, of the Instituto de Auditores Internos de la República Dominicana (Institute of Internal Auditors of the Dominican Republic) since it was founded. In 1990, he received the title of Certified Internal Auditor from this organization, in recognition of his contributions to that specialty within public accounting in this country.
