Objetives:

  • To plan, analyze, coordinate, and control the physical, financial and human resources necessary for a productive system to achieve its planned business objectives.
  • To develop the necessary management and leadership skills, such as financial, operational, and human resources management.
  • To utilize information systems as an instrument of business management essential to the decision making process.

Graduate Profile:
These are additional characteristics that graduates with Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration must have and demonstrate:

  • Ability to analyze and evaluate the administrative and operational functions of industrial, agricultural and service companies.
  • Capacity to design, develop and implement policies, systems, principles and operational and administrative methods, based on the needs of the business.
  • Ability to acquire the necessary skills for social investigation and for the utilization of the techniques necessary to manage electronic data.
  • Ability to handle interpersonal relations, as well as large groups, accentuated by strong speaking skills.
  • Ability to find solutions to specific administrative problems, while adjusting to the legal norms that govern business operations.
