Objectives

  • To prepare students to assist senior executives through the acquisition of personal and professional competencies that will help them address modern conceptual models of management and help students develop the attitudes and skills required to thrive in this new context
  • To prepare students with the dexterity required to adapt to new sectors and/or organizations in a company and achieve their objectives

Graduate Profile:

Graduates from the Executive Assistant program will be able to:
 

  • Assist their superiors in all matters related to administration using organizational skills
  • Assist their superiors with legal, administrative, accounting, and marketing affairs, as well as corporate communications
  • Efficiently utilize company technology and resources
  • Provide their superiors with a highly efficient work environment
  • Tend to correspondence, internal and external communications, and legal and commercial documentation with a strong command of spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Consistently perform their duties with an attitude of collaboration when requested by their superiors, peers, subordinates and/or customers
  • Collaborate with superiors in resolving conflicts with staff
  • Demonstrate expertise, ethics and solidarity in their professional lives

Occupational fields:

Graduates will be professionals fit to occupy positions of assistant managers, directors and presidents of institutions and public and private companies, from which they’ll be able to apply the techniques and principles that will help them excel in their professional duties.  Graduates will be fit to act as executive assistants for any type of senior executive.
